Emily stepped into her first yoga class looking for a way to bring lightness into her day, and was blown away by the results. Yoga has created a space for pure silence in her body and mind, a paradise in my; what used to be gloom day. She then found herself craving yoga, feeling weighed down on days she hadn’t practiced. In these days she came to the realization this beautiful practice is a thing that she needed to share with the world. Her classes are filled with a balanced awareness towards breath, movement and silence in your body; with the hopes to encourage students find their peace on and off the mat. Get ready for a class filled with long deep breaths and lots of smiles!
